VACANCY: HUMAN CAPITAL CONSULTANT
GRADE: C4
The position reports to the Senior Manager: Human Capital Operations.
LOCATION: EASTERN REGION (KwaZulu – Natal) JOB PURPOSE
To provide line managers and staff with a holistic Human Capital (HC) service by implementing HC policies and procedures as well as best practices. This is done through the use of various tools and methodologies that ensure the delivery of effective Human Capital support in achieving SAMSA's goals and objectives.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications
- A relevant bachelor's degree Qualification or Equivalent
Knowledge and Experience
- 5 – 7 years Human Resource Generalist Experience
- Sound knowledge of BCEA, EE, LRA, WSP
- Registration with the SABPP or similar would be an advantage.
Competencies
- Should be a self-starter that operates with minimal supervision.
- Should display an ability to make sound judgment calls that strike a healthy balance between employee and business interest.
- Should have good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Should have basic presentation skills.
- Should be well conversant in Labour related legislations.
