To provide professional, efficient and effective administrative support to the Office of the Company Secretary. 
 
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
 
Provide routine and ad hoc clerical and administrative support 
Secretarial support to Board committee
Manage logistics relating to activities of the Office of the Company Secretary
Procurement and financial processes 
 
REQUIREMENTS
 
Qualifications
Grade 12
A relevant three years tertiary qualification
 
Experience
2 years’ experience in Administration.

Good customer relations
Time management skills
Computer skills
Attention to detail and accuracy

Assertiveness

Grade 12 and  1 year formal qualification on Office Administration Certificate/Secretarial Services/Customer services or equivalent 
 
Experience
One year clerical work 
SAMSA policies and procedures
Telephone system used by the employer

Reception etiquette
MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
