DIVISIONAL COORDINATOR - GRADE C3

Key Performance Areas: 

JOB PURPOSE

The primary purpose is to facilitate the planning of the Human Capital Management activities based on the milestones provided by the Executive.

To Coordinate planning activities and analyse feedback to the Executive against the agreed plan(s) and ensure compliance with agreed deliverables. Coordinate risk, compliance and business process improvement activities in the Centre.

KEY FUNCTIONS:

  • Manage communication channels between Executive’s office and internal/external stakeholders
  • Coordinate internal management meetings and the Executive’s participation in Exco and Board meetings
  • Coordinate the Centre’s business plan and monitor the performance against it
  • Centre’s representative for the annual budget and national initiatives
  • Manage projects assigned by the Executive
  • Formulate, develop and implement center’s compliance review, risk assessment and business efficiency improvement process
  • Management of people processes in the Executive’s office

 

Minimum Requirements: 

REQUIREMENTS

    Qualifications

  • Grade 12
  • A relevant NQF Level 5: Higher Certificate
  • Candidate must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Outlook)

Experience

  • 5-7 years relevant working  experience  
  • Experience in Human Capital Management would be an added advantage
  • Exposure in project management
